#1 - 2026 update: End of Feb 26 changes

Improved user groups, and a new Role and Hierarchy feature.

• Users can now be assigned to a group and a role

• Roles can be used as the owners of things like forms/proc/reg/docs. Making it easier to manage access and when people change jobs.

• You will be able to build an application org chart, and grant people access to data based on their direct reports.

Simplified app portals and dashboard systems.

Our goal is to make portals the go to feature for company sites and departments.  

• It will now be easier to add and manage which users are in which portals from the admin panel, user profile and portal.

• The portal experience has been redesigned to give portal users access to all public features, so no more build something, go to portals, add shortcut to portal etc...

• Global portal dashboards will be automatically converted to workspaces.

• Workspaces become the go to place to organise work.

Doc hub up-issue boosted.

• We've made it easier to start an up-issue, invite others to edit the document, or send a document to someone else to edit.

• You will be able to make your controlled docs "Templates" and send someone a new document to make based on a template

• Its now easier to see and use the up-issue workflow, with clearer screens, improved flexibility and features for reviewers and approvers.

People hub (beta release)
Our final hub is going to be released in "beta". The people hub will be the go to centeral place for you to manage;

• Employee reviews

• Employee training and competency roles

• Training management

• Skills management and matrix

Asset Hub for the mobile app

• Search scan and find assets on the mobile app

• See asset history, statuses, tasks and more

• Book assets in and out

• Carry out checks, inspections, and tasks from the assets
