Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the site.
How Q-Hub uses cookies
Q-Hub uses a minimal, privacy-first set of cookies. Essential cookies are always active; analytics cookies load only after you opt in. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
Essential cookies
Required for the website to function and to keep it secure. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Our setup is privacy-hardened: it is hosted in the EU, served first-party through our own domain, and runs with autocapture and session recording switched off. It sets a single first-party cookie holding an anonymous visitor ID. Analytics scripts load only after you opt in via the cookie banner.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add them in future, this policy will be updated and those scripts will only load after you consent.
Third-party services
Some cookies may be set by third-party services embedded in our pages, governed by that third party's privacy policy. The services we currently use are Cloudflare (security and content delivery) and PostHog (privacy-friendly analytics, hosted in the EU).
Managing your preferences
You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, or through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works.
Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy to reflect changes in technology or legislation. The "last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly.
