Let's take a look at these selector fields. First of all, let's give our field a name. If we go pick type, we'll try Dropdown here. We can input the options for the user.

If we duplicate the field, we can then try Tick Box. Here we can give the user the option to select one single option or multiple options, and we can display them as tick boxes or as buttons.

Then if we duplicate the field again, we can try the Status field. These three fields are quite similar. With Status, we can color code our options.

Next, let's have a look at our User field. This will allow you to select from all users that are registered onto the platform. Now we can try the Body Map, which is a useful tool to pinpoint and record any injuries. For example, our data set. These are created within the Data Hub, which we'll cover in another video. However, for now we can see we have two options available to us. And then we can put whether we can select a single or multiple row type, and then we can select which columns to use.

List is where we can assign a number behind several field options to create a type of scoring system. For instance, we could ask: how helpful was the training? Go with a list. You can say very helpful, give that a score of three. Quite helpful, give that a score of two. We'll say not helpful, give that a score of one.

Now let's see our fields in action. We go to Add Entry. Then we can see our Dropdown, our Tick Box, and we've got our Status field here. We've got our Select User, and from our Body Map we can select an injury site. And then to List, we can see the options that are available to us.
