Form Hub - make a PDF
Learn how to export a form entry from Form Hub to a PDF, which includes entry metadata like entry number, username, submission date, and form version along with all field inputs.

To create a PDF from a form entry, simply find the entry that you need. Along the top right hand corner, you'll see the option "Export to PDF" as shown by this arrow symbol. If you click on that, it will convert our entry into this form.
Along the top we have some useful information. We've got the entry number, the username or submitted by, the submitted date and time, and the form version. And as you can see, our field inputs have been converted into this form for us.
