To upissue a form, click on Versions and select Upissue in the bottom left hand corner. This opens the page allowing you to make any changes necessary. From here, you can either delete the draft or, if you're happy, you can simply click Upissue.
Or using the left arrow, we can go back to the main page and continue our changes at a later date. To see that, we can go back into Versions and click Continue Upissue. We can click Upissue, provide a reason for the upissue, and click Done. You can see in the purple box the version number has now changed to Version 5.
Back into Version again, we can see all of our version history. Along the bottom, we can turn on Test Mode, and this allows us to make as many changes as we like before saving. We can also add an entry whilst we're in Test Mode, and we can see the test icon has appeared along the form title at the top. We can see if we're happy with how the changes look on an entry before implementing.
If we go Submit Form, any entries completed whilst in Test Mode are shown with the red test icon. To exit Test Mode, go back to Versions and at the bottom you can see End Testing Mode. This will also give us the option to delete any test entries whilst we were in this mode.
When making changes, keep in mind the Upissue Control found in the form settings, as this will dictate whether the upissue needs to be approved before it is released. However, this is covered in more detail in our Form Settings video.
