Form Hub - General Home Page Options

When a form is selected it opens to a page of General options. You can see we have two main tables here. The top one shows us entries that are currently being worked on for the form, and underneath we can see completed entries for a form. Across the top we have some options.

The first one allows us to see an overview of the form, and with some fields we can see the input options if applicable. We've got the option to send the form. We can either input an email directly and send from the system, or we have two different types of links that we can generate. So the first one is a one-time link, and this will allow the user to complete one entry using that link. Or if you want to allow the user to start a new entry at any time using the same link, then toggle the recurring invitation box shown above.

We have the option to create an open link where multiple people can fill in the form as many times as needed. Along the bottom we've got our history of invitations sent, and we can see the details of when an invitation was sent, by whom, the invitation link itself, and we can see whether the user has started completing the form yet.

If we click on surveys we can see how many entries have been completed using our link. If we expand our options here we can see when the survey was created and by who, and we have the option to suspend the survey or delete it altogether. The survey link is shown below.

In the top right hand corner we have a blue Send an Entry button. This is a quick way to select a user to send the form to for them to complete the entries.

The table allows you to see all data input from all entries. We can filter this by version number and we can sort by each of the fields across the top. In the top right hand corner we can download the data into an Excel spreadsheet, and as you can see it has created a table with all of our input data.
