Form Hub Home Page

To navigate to the Form Hub, select the 9 icon in the top left-hand corner and click Form Hub from the homepage. Here you'll be shown an overview of all forms with entries that are currently being worked on, ones that are overdue, awaiting approval, actions in progress, and actions overdue.

To see all entries under each category, simply tap the box and this will bring all entries which you can then filter by the fields across the top corner. You've got the option to toggle show my stuff, which will show you entries that are assigned to only you.

On the left-hand side on the sidebar, we can see there's a plus sign which gives you the option to create a new form. However, we'll cover this in a separate video. You could forms—this will show you all forms that have been created, which you can search, filter, and also add a new form to.

Bit mark form to make it easier to find. Simply tap the yellow bookmark icon and this will now show up under the bookmark section.

Under drafts, you will see all forms you are currently building and also all forms that are currently being issued.

Under routines, here you can schedule forms to be completed at certain intervals and you also have a search function here.

Under entries, we can see all forms with entries that are currently being worked on and also all forms with completed entries.
