To create a new form, we have two options. We can either click the plus icon on the sidebar, or if we are in the Forms tab, then we have the blue plus icon here on the top right-hand side.

We can choose to view the form either in a continuous format or by pages. Let's go with the former. We can then give our first section title and then add our field. Now we can select our field type. We have several group types: input. The first one is text, which is good for shorter entries. Text area is better for larger entries. We have phone number, email, number, date, time, date and time, signature, table, and people. For this, we're going to select text, and we can simply add another field. Let's go for phone number and we can select phone number.

If we click the three dots to the side, we can make a field required, and this is shown by the red asterisk. We can also add help text where we can input notes to help the user complete the form. We can also duplicate the field, and we can also duplicate the section by clicking the icon shown in the top right-hand corner, which we can then edit as necessary.

If you need to reorder sections, you can click the icon with the two arrows and simply drag and drop and click finish when you're done. To add a new section, if you hover over the plus icon, you can select add fields, and this brings up a new section for you. We can also create a field type where the user can upload an image. We can also set the type so the user can upload a file.

You'll notice as you're going along in the process of creating a form, the system will automatically save a draft as you're going along, which will automatically be saved, and the drafts which you can simply click back into to continue editing.

Once you have finished, if you click save, this will give you the option of choosing what number the entry should start from. For here, we'll start from number one. Our new form is now ready to use. We can add an entry by clicking the green button, filling in as required, and then click submit form. You can now see this entry has been documented under completed.
