To upissue a document like a QA, you go to Document Controls. You can click Version History and click Upissue. This will open up the Edit window where you can change the document. Once you've finished that, you need to put in the reason for review and what you are changing. Then you will be able to send it on for the review stage.

I'll just cancel this upissue. So if we were to open up the document again, you may also want to change the document after reviewing the system or reviewing the document. So you can see we have a review currently planned in. We're just going to start that review now. During the review it will ask you to give a reason why you are reviewing the document, a review outcome, and then you can trigger an upissue after the review by clicking the Yes button. We can start the next review date from today, leave a comment and click Complete Review.

Because we selected to upissue the document after review, the upissue window has automatically opened and our comments have been carried over into the reason for upissue section.
