From the homepage, select your initials in the top right hand corner and click Support. From here you can report a bug, suggest an improvement, or ask for help. We aim to acknowledge each ticket within 1 hour and resolution time is in line with your service level agreement depending on impact.

So let's take report a bug. We can name the issue, select where the problem has occurred, describe what the issue is, describe steps to reproduce the behavior, then if you have a screenshot you can attach that here. Once you're happy, click create a ticket.

But for now we're going to go back and have a look at suggest improvement. So again we can name the issue, select whether this is a new feature or an improvement on an existing feature, select the Hub that we're referring to, and then describe the improvement in more detail. Once we're done we can click submit.

Let's go back and we can look at ask for help. So again we can name the issue, select which Hub we're referring to, and describe the issue and then click send.

Once you've sent a ticket through, to check on the status you can simply select go to support page. Your existing tickets will be listed here and you also have the option to add a new ticket if you need to.
