Let's now look at the side menu for the Asset Hub. So on the top here, if you click Assets, this will show you an overview of all assets that are registered for your organization. You can change the view to area view or you can change to a table view. How to set up an asset and all details surrounding this will be covered in the video.

The next click here is to view Asset KPIs if they have been set up for your organization. Underneath, click to see Asset Profiles. So these are groups that your assets are organized into. So for example, we've got three asset profiles that are set up here. Clicking into one will then bring up its own homepage, similar to the Asset Hub homepage as shown.

Clicking on Asset Routines shows you all tasks that are scheduled for a particular asset. For example, if we click on this one, we can see that it has a six-monthly maintenance task with a frequency of every six months. To set up routines, this is covered in our separate video.

To view all scheduled tasks, click here. As we can see, all tasks that are currently outstanding across our assets are listed. Clicking here, you can view Asset Bookings. For more details, we can simply click into one and we can see all the time, date, signature, and the reason for the booking is shown here.

To view archived assets, click here, and to view Asset Reports, click here. So there are four options across the top: assets with status, asset tasks due soon, expired assets, and assets that will expire soon. So you can download these reports as a PDF or an Excel. You can share the report. You can either pick a user to send this to or you can input an email and a message and send to asset owners found in the report. Also, you can schedule a new report.

So if we give this a title, you can click Schedule Report, and this now brings up what the details should be. First, it asks you to pick the first date, how often you want the report to be sent. So we can have it sent either daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Depending on which option you select, you can then edit the details accordingly or you can schedule the next task a certain number of days after the task is complete. So for example, we can send the next task four days after the current task is completed.

Right at the bottom left-hand corner, we've got our Settings tab, and this is covered in a separate video.
