From the left-hand side menu, select Schedules. Click on the plus icon in the top right-hand corner to add a new schedule. Give your schedule a title. Click here to add your first audit to get started.

Add a title and add the audit scope. Next, you can add any reference material. For example, you can attach a file or a link to other things on the system that are related to this audit. Next, you can set how long the audit will take. It then asks you to select your audit requirements from the list. You can either click on the tip box along the title and all requirements will be selected, or you can choose which requirements that you wish to use. Now it tells us that we have two requirements selected. There is also an option to schedule an audit without any requirements.

Next is about the audit details. First, we can put our start date, auditor from the list of users, and also our co-auditors. Then we can choose our audits from either the list of users here, or if you need to, we can add an external user as an auditor. To do that, you would enter their email address here and press enter. Select your audit location. Next, you have an option to schedule multiple audits. This feature allows you to plan multiple occurrences of the same audit, so you can set the frequency accordingly and set the number of occurrences. Also, once you're happy, press Done.

The system will now open your schedule in draft mode. We can see that the total number of occurrences we chose now appear on the left-hand side, and they all have the status set as Planned. An audit brings up more details. From here, we can reschedule if we need to, the audit status. We can go to view the requirements of the audit, and along the bottom we have the options to delete, cancel, and edit the audit. Also at the calendar view here, we also have the option of being able to drag and drop an audit to change the dates. Ready? Click Release Schedule in the top left-hand corner. This will make your schedule live and notify all people involved.
