To create a new set of audit requirements, select Requirements from the menu and in the top right corner press the blue plus icon. Now there are two ways to do this. Firstly, you can upload from an Excel file. Select this option in the top right corner. You should include requirements in the following format: Column A is the requirement title, Column B is a requirement description, C are any tags, and D would put the letter S to make it into a sub-requirement. So there is an example on this row here. Here is an Excel file to see it in a little bit more detail. So we've got title, the description, a tag here that we wish to add, and then the requirements that are marked with an S to be our sub-requirements. Click Pick File and then select the file that you need. We've uploaded our example one which is created for us. So we can go ahead and give it a title and see that we've got our title here along with the tag that we've asked for, and then all sub-requirements are shown underneath. So we can make any changes as necessary to the description by clicking into them.
To add manually, click Add a Requirement in blue here and you can add your title and any description. Then click the plus icon to add a sub-requirement and then fill in the information. And then you would click here to add the description along the right-hand side. Click More to see some options. So you can choose between whether you want the requirement style to be standard or custom. Standard would be preset order options that either mark the task as compliant or not compliant. A custom button allows you to create your own audit results and pick for each option around whether the requirement was compliant or not. This option allows for more flexible audit results.
Next, you can set up options to predefine action templates or NCR templates. So if Raise NCR was selected, you can add a template NCR or actions. So we can have either a task form or process that will be automatically linked. So for this example, let's say we want the major NCR task to be linked. You simply select that and it now shows. Or you can choose to add a basic action which will show on the audit report. Or if you need to add an app action that will show up on the user's workspace, you select this option and fill this in. Similar options are available if Mark as Compliant is selected. There are two checkboxes here: either to make evidence mandatory for this option or we can ask to require objective text to be filled out. At the top we can select whether we wish the system to auto-number our requirements for us. After you're working, the system will automatically save your requirements as a draft. And once we are happy, we can press Save at the bottom. And this has now created our new audit requirements.
