Click settings in the bottom left corner to bring up the following options. You can add audit requirement tags simply by pressing add tag and you can color code it if you wish. The next three boxes allow you to add a template task, process or form that will be used to create non-conformance reports within the Audit Hub.

For example, if we want to add a form, we can press select form, which then brings up a list of all forms that are on your platform. Then we can simply select which ones we need to use. Next, we can select which users we would like to be set as approved auditors. Once you add users to this list, they will be the only users that can do audits. However, if you leave it blank, this means that all users can be an auditor.

Next is audit locations. Simply press add location and change the color if you want to. Lastly, you can set up standard options, which can be used as custom buttons to create your own audit results. So first we'll give our option set a title, then we can add which options will appear. Then it asks if we want these options to appear if the user selects compliant or not compliant during the audit. We can now see this option set has now been added.
