On the homepage along the top you'll see there are six boxes with a number of audits within each status. Here so we've got audits that are planned, working, finished, finished with NCRs, overdue and closed. Now you can click into a box to see more details. These numbers are also shown in the pie chart underneath.
There are two tables showing audits and NCRs that were completed on time or late. Again, you can click into a bar to see more details from that entry. Underneath is an overview of your audit schedule. If there is more than one schedule set up, by default this will show you all schedules. However, you can filter by schedule here. You can also filter by view and change it to day, week, month or year. You can hide completed audits and you can press here to view your schedule in a full page view.
To the right hand side under findings, this will give you an overview of all active NCRs, any observations and actions that have been flagged up from all audits.
Going back to the menu on the left side, let's take a look at audits. This gives you an overview of all audits that have been created for your organization. You can switch between default, schedule and chart view. Along the top are buttons that can turn on a filter by status. Simply click to apply and click to remove. So we've got planned, working, finished, finished with NCRs. You can filter to show audits that you are involved in, by schedule and also by auditor.
Next from the menu, to view all audits that are completed with no outstanding tasks, click on closed. Schedules gives you an overview and from here you can also add a new schedule by clicking the plus icon in the top right hand corner. This is covered in more detail in another video.
Requirements is where you can view and add all standards and regulations relevant to your organization. Click here to view all audit templates. Press the blue plus icon in the top to add a new template.
Findings gives you an overview of all active and closed NCRs, all observations and actions that have been flagged.
Reports is a new feature at the time of this recording. It does have similar features to the homepage. Along the top you will see all status boxes, which is also shown in a pie chart. Underneath there are three other charts showing audits completed on time or date, planned audits and overall compliance showing out of all the requirements that have been audited, how many have passed.
Next is finding statistics. There are several boxes showing the number of completed, active, overdue NCRs and then completed, active and overdue actions. You can click into a box to see more details. Data from these two categories are shown in the two tables below. And lastly, along the bottom there are two tables shown: findings by location and findings by schedule.
Going back to the side menu in the bottom left corner, you can click on cancelled to see all audits that have been cancelled. And then underneath is our settings tab. However, this is covered in more detail in another video.
