There is the option to turn on draft mode. Whilst in this mode, adding an audit does not send any notifications to people. Along the right hand side, we've got a by status, so an audit will either have the status of planned, working, finished or closed. Here by day, week, month or year, this will give us an overview of thoughts and upcoming options to search for a particular audit.

We open the schedule settings from here. We can change the schedule title. You can choose the access permissions to be public or private. This applies to all the audits in the schedule, and bearing in mind that admins can access everything. If you need to change the audit owner, you can do so here. If you do so, it will ask if you need to cancel all of the associated audits as well. Simply tick that box.

Lastly, if you need to duplicate the schedule, the schedule gives the schedule a title, then asks if you want to duplicate all the audits in the schedule or only some of them, in which case you can choose which ones you need accordingly. Then there is set that audits, and you can choose the appropriate timescales that you need. Draft view of the copy of the audit schedule that we've just duplicated.
