How to use the Linking feature in our upload field

Hi guys, I just want to show you the new linking feature. So anywhere you have the upload file button—so in a register it could be a file column—if you click the button to open this window, you now have this new link feature. This lets you create a link to anything within the application that you see from this area. So it could be a link to another register, it could be a link to a process, or even a link to an entire workspace. As you can see, we have many options. So you pick the things you need, you click upload, click done, and now you'll see I've got two assets. If I pick them and select either of these, it would take me directly into the process or whatever object I have linked.

So this is really good for if you have some sort of register where you need to demonstrate the evidence that you have for something, and that evidence is something within Q-Hub. It's a really good way of linking. You can also do this from any form or process as well. So for example, here we have a management review template. If I go to add an entry, you'll see we have the link evidence or the upload documentation. So if you wanted to link some evidence to your non-conformance processes, you could go, link, look for non-conformance, click upload, and now we've got the link button here, which again will open the relevant process or form that you have linked.
