Hi guys, I'm just going to show you a quick video on how to change the reviewers in both a normal review and an up-issue review.
So you can see this document is currently under review. If you need to change that person, you just click the user person over here, the user button. You can tap and then you can select additional people or change the person who needs to be doing the review. Click done and then it will automatically update to the correct person.
If you have a document that is in the review stage, so for example if we go to up-issue a document and then we add some details, we upload a new file. I click confirm and I send it to, let's say Bob, to review. I can send that review. If I go into the version history and I go back into the up-issue, so you can see I'm back on the up-issue window, Bob would have received this. If I need to change this person, I can tap the review button. I can add a new reviewer and this box will populate with people that you have added to the approved reviewer list in the doc area, which I will show you shortly.
So let's just say I can change this to you and James and I'll send it to them for review and we can remove Bob as well if we needed to. So once that's done, you can go to the area in which this page comes from. So I can click close, confirm. I can go back a step and we can see I'm in the control docs area where I have a document in review. I can go to area settings, area roles, and I now need to select the correct people who are approved to review my documents. And then you can also select those who are approved. So just remember, if you need to change those who are reviewing, you need to have people in this area who are allowed to review the document.
