How easy is it to implement and how long does that set up usually take?

So implementation varies, to be totally honest. It really depends on how well structured the availability of data is and what your outcome is. So for example, setting up a whole quality management system for a large enterprise is going to look very different to getting an ISO 9001 system set up just for a small business. On average for a whole QMS implementation, you're talking 3 to 6 months to get the majority of it set up.

And then for a small business, I'd say if you have things in place already, it can be in like a month if we've got a bit of your time to be able to help you to do that. In terms of the implementation as well, there's a lot of tools that are pre-built into the platform to help get data both on and off the platform really easily, which again I think is something that isn't a common feature with some of the legacy systems. You have to pay to get data off the platform or pay to get data onto the platform, but we have tried to build it with that in mind from the beginning.

Yeah. It also depends how tech-savvy your team is. So a really tech-savvy team, you know, very much all the features are very user-friendly, intuitive. So you can pretty much get going. You know, some companies will even have forms that are started the same day to be fair that they can roll out. Whereas if they need, if we need a little bit more hand-holding then we're there to support. And we'll never rush you through the process. So you know, we can run as quickly as you want or we can take it slowly and do feature by feature as we need.
