To upload a new file, we can either press the plus sign in the top left hand corner and select upload. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you can upload documents through an area. To do this, click into the area and in the top right hand corner, click the cloud upload files icon.

Next, click in the blue dotted box, select the files you need, and you will see they now appear in the uploading files box on the bottom. You can remove files from here by clicking on the X. Once you're ready, press upload. Before clicking away from this box, ensure that each file upload is complete, which is shown here by switching from a percentage to done.

You can switch between whether you want the document to be controlled or uncontrolled. For this video, we will leave it as uncontrolled. From here, we can also edit the file name or we can cancel the upload.

To change the upload location, we can click here and select the correct area. Along the bottom, it shows us where our files will be uploaded to.

We can click done when we're ready. To move a file, we can select it from the left hand side and the following options appear in the top right corner. From here, we can archive the file. We can move the file to another area, click confirm and select the area. We can also delete the file.

Click into the document status to view the document settings. From here, we can see the document information, the version history, and any comments left by users. Along the top, we can set a read and understood task. Pressing the settings icon, from here we can preview the document by clicking this eye icon. We can rename our file. We can add a tag, which helps us to search, filter, and identify documents more easily. Choose whether to use the manual issue control from here, where you can create your own version system that is not automatic. You can change the revision format, and we can set the revision number to start from.
