Qhub quick overview

So this is the Q-Hub platform. This is the one-stop shop for everything you need for business management, especially when you have compliance requirements. So if you have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or if you're looking at getting any of these ISO requirements, guarantee you this is the best platform that you can be looking at. Also, if you're looking for something to help automate workflows with engineering, operations or maybe help with your health and safety management, those are also systems that we specialize in creating for you.

So, what you're looking at now is an example of one of the dashboards that we can create on Q-Hub. So, this is showing you the document library shortcut, KPIs from change management, training, supplier management, risk and opportunities. Um, you can look at your KPIs, your business forms, you can go into the asset register or even look at how your management review status is going.

So, the platform has a suite of hubs that you can see when I click the top left that cover a wide range of things from digital forms that can trigger actions and automations, process flows to manage and automate your work around the business, document library, asset management, registers for training, suppliers, and contracts management. The resources tab, which is where we give you templates that you can use to help you get up and running on the system quickly. The Audit Hub as well is specifically designed for management system audits. So, it's a fantastic tool for creating your schedules, for adding your requirements and managing non-conformances and findings. Then we've got KPI Hub, which is what builds all of these KPIs that you're looking at right now, all live on the system that you can click onto and go direct into the data. And then we've got our sign in and out hub as well for if you need to manage in-person sign in and out of buildings and the compliance activities around it.

Just to very quickly show you sort of the end results of what happens behind the scenes in the system. We can have non-conformance dashboards like this that show you the severity by customer by product, the root cause breakdown and the statuses. Um we can have a people management for your company, um to have a nice dashboard to look at all of the different things that we can do to help you manage your people. We may have something like this, a health and safety dashboard for your QHSE teams where we can look at the accidents, incidents, near misses and investigations.

There's so much more Q-Hub can do, especially when we think about the portals. We can create what we call mini applications using the portals. So you can have site-based portals for the different sites that you may own or you can have management portals so that your managers just see the top level KPIs that you need helping with visibility and to get to the information faster to make better decisions. Uh, we can also have an ISO portal that can be shared with one of your auditors to help give your auditors as much information as you would like them to have from the system or maybe a shop floor portal that creates a very simple view for your shop floor to be able to open the platform, go to their quality docs, go to QMS, report something for health and safety.
