Transcript
Select Doc areas from the left hand side menu and from here you can view all top level areas where your files are stored. In the top right hand corner there is a search function where you can look for a document across all areas.
To add a new area simply press the blue plus icon. We can give our area a name. There's an option to select a prefix. This helps us to organize our areas. Let's try adding a new one. We can give the prefix a different color.
New areas are set to private by default, however this can be changed to public and we can change the border color of our new area. As you can see our new area has been created with the prefix that we set.
Coming back to the top right hand corner, the pen icon allows us to make changes to the areas. We can rearrange the order using drag and drop and within each area we can use the pen icon to make changes to the area settings. We also have an option to delete an area.
Once you're happy, click save order to save your changes.
