Feature deep-dive
Skytrust does something almost no one else in this category does: it publishes the entire price list. Six tiers, banded by headcount, from A$199 a month at 1–20 employees to A$2,500 at 1,001–5,000, each with a one-time development cost printed beside it. You can work out your own number in about ten seconds, which is more than most of this market allows.
The product is WHS-first and it shows. Hazard and incident reporting, inspections that work offline and sync later, risk registers classified by WHS, quality, financial or environmental, plant and equipment with calibration and testing records, inductions with SCORM import, subcontractor tracking, HR profiles and injury management. For an Australian duty-holder that is a coherent set, and the 48-hour configuration claim is a genuine advantage over our four weeks.
What is missing from the published feature list is document control as a module. Documents attach to records — a doctor’s letter on an injury file, a certificate against a contractor — but there is no version-controlled document library with review dates and approvers named anywhere on the site. If you hold ISO 9001, that is the control the auditor opens first. Q-Hub treats it as core, includes implementation rather than charging a development cost, and is based in the UK.
