Q-Hub vs myosh

myosh is one of the few QHSE vendors that publishes a price: from A$228 a month, plus a once-off licensing fee starting at A$3,768. That honesty makes a real comparison possible, so this page does one — on modules, on the trial, and on what the two actually add up to.

myosh is a trademark of its owner. Shown here to identify the product being compared; Q-Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The short answer

Read this and you may not need the rest of the page.

Choose myosh if…

You are in Australia or New Zealand, you want a very large module library (over 50, including asbestos, ladders and lifting registers), and AUD invoicing suits you.

Choose Q-Hub if…

You are UK-based, you want implementation included rather than a four-figure once-off fee, and you want a trial you can put your whole team into.

Ask both…

what the once-off fee covers and what the real quote looks like after module selection. myosh publishes a starting figure and then asks you to request a quote.

Feature deep-dive

myosh is a genuine HSEQ system with twenty years behind it and a module library that is hard to match on breadth. Over 50 modules are named and described, which is more than most vendors on this list publish, and several of them — asbestos, ladders, lifting equipment, classified plant — exist because Australian duty-holder obligations demand them.

Where the shape differs is at the two ends. At the start, myosh charges a once-off licensing fee from A$3,768 that carries training and implementation, on top of the monthly subscription; Q-Hub includes implementation in the subscription. And their free trial is a single login on a demo environment that resets each month, so you cannot put a team on it and see how it behaves with your own data.

On coverage, the published list has no supplier management and no environmental module. Contractor management is there, and it is not the same thing: if you score and re-approve suppliers as part of ISO 9001, that work has nowhere to live. Q-Hub covers quality, health, safety and environment as one system, with implementation included and a 30-day trial you can staff properly.

Switching from myosh

What a move actually involves.

Ask for an export first

myosh holds a lot in registers. Ask what comes out and in what format before anything else — that answer shapes the whole move.

What comes across

Documents, audit and inspection history, incidents, risk assessments and training records, mapped rather than flattened.

Run both for a while

Two to four weeks in parallel before switching off.

What we cannot promise

We have not migrated a myosh tenant end to end.
