Mango is the closest comparison on this site. It is QHSE software, it names ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, and its module list overlaps ours heavily. There is no capability argument to make here, so this page does not pretend there is one.
Mango is a trademark of its owner. Shown here to identify the product being compared; Q-Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Read this and you may not need the rest of the page.
You need HR, management of change, or food safety as modules — or you are certifying to ISO 27001 or ISO 22301. They have all of it and we do not.
You want the price before the call, implementation included, and a 30-day trial rather than a demo. On the QHSE core the two are close, so buy on the commercial terms.
You only need mobile inspections. Both of us are heavier than that, and a specialist inspection app will be quicker and cheaper.
Every row is checkable. The Mango column reflects what they publish on their own homepage. Source: mangolive.com, read 21 September 2026.

£85 a month, published
No pricing figures appear on Mango’s homepage. Q-Hub publishes £85, £245 and £530 a month. When two products are this close on capability, the one you can price without a conversation is the easier business case.
Mango offers a free demo. Q-Hub offers a 30-day trial with no credit card. A demo shows you what someone else can do with the software; a trial shows you what your own team will do with it.
Their homepage makes no statement about implementation or setup fees. Q-Hub includes discovery, configuration, data migration and role-based training with every subscription. Four weeks is the standard timeline.
Both platforms do this. It is here so you can see the shape of it — version history, approval routing and sign-off — and judge it against what Mango shows you in their demo rather than take either of our words for it.
Cases where we would tell you to choose them, because a comparison page that never concedes is not worth reading.
Mango names Human Resources as a module. Q-Hub does not offer it. If you want quality and people in one system, they have the broader footprint.
Their homepage names Management of Change. Q-Hub does not offer it as a module.
Mango names ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 alongside the QHSE standards, and ISO 22000 for food. Q-Hub covers 9001, 45001 and 14001 and does not claim the others.
Set your team size and see the Q-Hub price. Mango does not publish figures, so nothing on their side is estimated — their column quotes their own pricing page.

Published pricing is not available, so the figure depends on a quote.
Q-Hub figures are our published prices. Mango does not publish prices, so nothing is estimated on their side — their column quotes their own pricing page, read 2026-09-21.
Mango is the closest comparison anywhere on this site. The same four letters, all three ISO standards named, and the same core modules — documents, audits and inspections, incidents, risk, suppliers, environmental management and training.
On breadth they go further than we do. A human resources module, management of change, food safety with ISO 22000, and both ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 are named capabilities that Q-Hub does not offer. If any of them is on your requirements list, Mango covers ground we do not.
Where Q-Hub differs is commercial rather than functional. The price is published, implementation is included in the subscription rather than quoted separately, and you get a 30-day trial rather than a guided demo. On capability this is close. On what you can find out before you talk to a salesperson, it is not.
What a move actually involves.
Documents, training records, audit history, incidents, risk assessments and supplier data, mapped with your team rather than flattened into one library.
HR records and maintenance schedules, if you use those modules. We do not hold them, and it is better to plan for that than discover it mid-migration.
Two to four weeks in parallel before the old system is switched off.
We have not migrated a Mango tenant end to end and will not pretend otherwise. Bring your export format to the call.

Not on capability — that would be an easy claim to disprove, and their module list is broader than ours. Mango adds HR, maintenance, management of change, food safety and ISO 27001/22301. Q-Hub is the better choice if you want a published price, an included implementation and a real trial.
Human Resources, Maintenance, Plant & Equipment, Management of Change and Food Safety as modules, plus ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 coverage. All five are named on their homepage.
Published pricing, implementation included in the subscription, and a 30-day free trial rather than a demo. On the QHSE core the two are closely matched.
They do not publish figures. Q-Hub publishes £85, £245 and £530 a month with implementation included.
Yes, 30 days with no credit card. Mango offers a free demo rather than a trial.
Four weeks is standard, including data migration and role-based training. Larger rollouts run six to eight.
Yes — the three standards share a harmonised ten-clause structure, which is why BSI, the UK national standards body, runs them as a single integrated management system: “an integrated management system for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001”. Q-Hub runs all three as one audit programme, so a finding closes once against whichever standard it belongs to instead of being re-entered somewhere else. Mango names all three as well, so on this particular question the two are level and the difference between them is commercial.
The capability overlap is real and we have said so. The published price, the included implementation and the 30-day trial are where we differ — try it without a conversation.
